Well if she bet anything but a money line the house gets 10%. Off a $5000 bet net positive is $4500. She lost her bet so that is $5000 + $4500 from the wining bet that never happened. That is your $9500 difference

Had to edit to 3k, I screwed up.

That's the only bet I see for her. So she should be $43,950 based on that. I don't know what the edit to 3k means though.
