I've felt the defense has been above average at contain the past couple/few years... I remember that 36-35(?) Ravens game where they were over-pursuing all over the place, and then several games after that where they simply weren't as aggressive getting to the quarterback just to watch him run past everyone.

Allen will get his, especially on the designed runs, but these types of plays are highly underrated when watching a game.

And frankly, I don't give them much of advantage at WR right now, if any. Diggs may have abruptly gotten old around midseason. Last 9 games: 44 yards/game and 1 TD. He posted Skyy Moore numbers in most of those games. Under 30 yds in half of them. Rice has unquestionably been better the last few months.

Shakir's decent; nothing special. No Davis this weekend.

There's so many differences both personnel wise and game planning wise this time.

We didn't have Donovan Smith
Tranquill
Boltons first game back after the injury

And now we have many games on tape of Brady's offense.

The Bills defense is beat up, and they get two days less rest.

With all the shit that has been slung at Patrick I'll be surprised if this isn't an absolute drubbing. We have no reason not to walk into their house and beat the absolute ****ing dog shit out of them. That team is a ****ing joke.

I’m starting to feel all of this as well. We might blow ‘em out enough to start resting the starters at the end of the 3rd Qtr…

The only way we lose is if the Chiefs make a comedy of errors and/or Allen plays out of his mind. Both are entirely possible but definitely not the baseline outcome.

The only way we lose this game is if the offense just pukes all over itself. I can't see that happening.

But it would have to be some shit like the Toney penalties or some really dumb shit.

Patrick is hyper aware of his legacy and I think he knows this continues to add to it.

But all of the rest is in place too. This isn't the same defense that Josh saw in the first game. It's better. And this offense is better too.

Shit I forgot, Pacheco didn't even play in that game. It's basically not the same team.

I imagine the coaching staff on both sides have had very little sleep the past week with game planning.

Everybody is making good points there, it's all stuff you have to imagine both offices are going over again and again.

I think when the playoffs come, all bets are off and I think whoever adjusts their approach throughout the game will come out on top. Execution is key, of course, but Early on if you see the other team is figuring out what you're bringing, if you don't change it up, or stick with what's working, you're going to Cancun next week. (BTW I love how Cancun is the new label for being eliminated)

The Miami game was characterized by Spags schemes and the Defense guys just flat-out balling hard.

Chiefs offense was much cleaner but whatever Miami did to keep us from scoring TDS (other than Taylor and refs) was frustrating. I hope thye figured that shit out. I want to see long ball attempts once you get past the BUF 45.

One was a bad call on the block in the back that never happened.

If you change then I guess the complexion of the game changes but I do agree we need to sort out the red zone stuff. Feels like it's been an issue all year.

We’ve been bad in the RZ all year. We rank 19th in RZ TD’s at +52%. Buffalo is 6th at +63%. We were 2nd last year at +71%. That’s got to improve as we move forward in the playoffs - our last 3 games it’s been 30%

I've never been like more zen for a game than this one.

Like losing to the Patriots and losing to the Bengals, those felt like missed opportunities. Not so much here, if we can't beat the Bills then we aren't beating the Ravens and then the 49ers. It just won't be our year no shame there.

If we win (and I think we will) I think we win it all and cement Mahomes as the unquestionable GOAT. If Mahomes can get a ring with this WR group just put him in the HoF already

Remember when Money Badger was out? That equaled three easy TD's for Allen. Remember how having Bolton out equaled rushing yards for the opponent? Yeah, Buffalo might have both going on at the same time Sunday.

10 pt victory. This team stepped it up last week and learned how to win a solid defensive game.
