Ain't no one knowingly putting fentanyl in MDMA and coke. That's mostly cross contamination. Fentanyl does get put in heroin and is put into fake pressed pills and those 2 things are what kill 90%+ of the people dying from the stuff. People think they bought a Percocet and it's actually fentanyl and they OD.

It doesn't make sense to taint coke and MDMA with fentanyl. It does make sense to put some in heroin so that there can be less heroin or put some into a fake pill, because real pain pills are a ton more expensive than fentanyl.
