Is it just because they can't identify the actual currency notes used? If it's abundently clear that this guy didn't have $22 million until he got the job, and then suddenly he was betting millions of dollars, it's clear to me as a juror that he was using the stolen dollars. But I have a hunch that the law doesn't work that way. Why?
