Corn Nuts

I have a love / hate relation ship with these things. I received a free box of 12 bags of Loaded Taco corn nuts to try from Amazon to review. I love the crunch, and I kind of sort of get where I crave it and have to eat a few now and then throughout the day. The flavor isn't all there, sort of a burst at first then as you eat them it goes away. I remember my dad eating them when I was young.

Anyhow, who else loves or hates these things?

I make a killer Cucumber Lime Margarita. I line the rim with Lime Juice and Tajin. Its great everything.

I put it on the rim of vodka/sodas I make with pineapple vodka and soda water in the summer. Perfect little pairing for pool drinking.

With a little cotija cheese, some cilantro/lime sour cream and the tajin sprinkled on top - it's pretty much the only way to make Elote.

Also similar to corn nuts are Japones. Japanese peanuts but in Mexico they're coated in chili lime. These are straight fire

Like the original flavor only; remember when they first came out and came with a packet of unbaked seeds that you could plant. They grew however no ears of corn from them.
