Goddamn I was being pretty pissy when Kevin went out, but these guys are ****ing gelling and giving it the full effort you wished you'd have seen all year.

Exactly. Even if we lose I'll at least respect them for going all out. Complete opposite of the Houston road game. Even if we aren't a super power 1 seed like most years people will still back a team if we play hard.

I go down a predictable path with "house money" games... unless they're just out of it from the very beginning, I'll give it a half and then slowly start stressing the **** out in the 2nd half of the game.

Hard to give this kind of effort in the regular season when you only really have 5-6 playable guys. Just too many games for that.

It’s why I thought they had a real chance of a deep run had McCullar not opted out. I actually had us making the FF losing to Houston before that news.
