Only way to stop Edey is to trap/double him at this level. Tennessee can do that effectively.

Tennessee doesn't even need to stop Edey.

They just need Knecht and one other guard (probably Ziegler) to be better than Purdue's guards.

Also don't see UConn losing to anyone as they're a buzzsaw barring them having an off night (like they did vs Creighton).

It’s a single game elimination tournament in which there are 68 teams participating and the preparation time between two games is shorter than any part of the season (excluding conference tournaments).

That doesn’t excuse the best teams losing early, but to act as if it’s the best way to deem a champion (it isn’t, it’s the most exciting, but not the best way to figure out the best team) while also saying it isn’t a crapshoot would be inaccurate.
