Probably a better approach than the previous Times Ours effort at addressing a legal situation without Keysor around. Maybe if he's not on the show this week they'll be smart enough to just read his article and otherwise shut the **** up.

Well he's the only one carrying anything that could hold guns, which at least one witness reported seeing, and could help explain them leaving the scene.

I agree, Bag guy is NOT Rice but has to the driver or passenger of the Vet, correct?

Will also say that all occupants of the Vet and Lambo know each other. IF this was road rage and an accident happened I'm sure they would not be buddy buddy like this. They were clearly racing for fun.

So I think we can 100% confirm that Rice was not driving or a passenger of HIS Vet. Thus makes me ask why? Why wouldn't he be driving or in his own car? Most plausible answer would be because he was driving the Lambo!

If that's what makes sense we ask, does the driver of the Lambo resemble Rice? Well, in mine and others opinion.....The person that looks to have been driving the Lambo is also the Red Durag guy who looks like the closest match out of all the guys on film/pictures.

Yea, Keysor confirms what many of us, and you, have been saying... He's extremely lucky this wasn't a whole lot worse. The law judges a person on what happened, not what could have happened. Hopefully this is a wake up call for a 22 year old with lots of money to make better decisions.

Seems like the cops would set it up so that leaving the scene of an accident that you cause by driving recklessly would be as bad as getting a DUI. If not that's kind of a leak in the system.

Additionally, while the video appears to show him exiting from one of the cars in a way that makes him look like the driver, there’s a chance it’ll be tough to show he was the driver as well. Remember “A Few Good Men,” and the iconic quote, “It doesn’t matter what I believe, it only matters what I can prove.” That is, unlike most of what you see in Hollywood regarding the law, an incredibly accurate quote. The inference is certainly there, but they’ll need good, reliable witnesses. That can be tougher to find than one would think. But the inference COULD be enough to get him charged.

I have seen cases with pretty similar reports to the ones we have so far (keep in mind no law enforcement reports exist as of now that are public) that have ended with no charges. I’ve seen them charged as a misdemeanor of some sort (careless/reckless driving and leaving the scene of an accident are most often misdemeanors in Minnesota). I’ve seen them charged more seriously when there’s a credible allegation of impairment or when someone is seriously hurt.

Yeah - gonna be a pretty standard response from anyone that's even tangentially involved in the legal process.

Not everybody's gonna get to "hey - fleeing the scene was the smart move..." but that's probably a pretty good thing in its own right. The world only needs so many slimeball lawyers hangin' around...
