I think the NFL will want to make an example of Rice because of the Henry Ruggs incident. Call it whatever you want. I’m thinking 4-6 games is likely, with 8 being a long shot.

Mechanical failure; the power steering belt got caught in the warp drive and caused the throttle to stick. Only by his quick action, was Rice able to avoid a worse outcome.

Who knows? He left the scene on foot, he did not attempt to drive away.

Now then, because I have Chiefs PTSD, this is not a good look for the NFL and the SB Champions, a stronger suspension will be in order. Because Chiefs, of course.

There is no reason that any state could say anything about having guns in the car as long as you are not a felon. The police and DA can speculate all they want but that is a right in the constitution for all citizens.
That being said, until recent years, Texas did not allow open carry. Yes, you read that right. That shocked me when I first learned of that several years ago. But I do believe they changed that law a few years ago.

Edit: Before someone jumps all over me, yes, I do realize that some states don't allow just anyone to have a gun. All I am saying is that those states are not following the founding docs. And, as I recall, the Supreme Court weighed in on this at least twice in the past 10-15 years.

Yes, 2 hours max, not 5 hours... Especially if the cars had no damage from having rolled or on their tops or sides. Sometimes they will partially close the some lanes, but it isn't completely closed.
