Who should go into the Chiefs Ring of Honor in 2025?

Will Shields, Tony Gonzalez, Derrick Thomas and Willie Roaf are some of the best players of all time. Guys like Jamaal Charles, Eric Berry and Priest Holmes were Hall of Fame level talents or producers for relatively short time periods.

I hate the fact that a guy like Pacheco is more likely to gain access to the Ring of Honor than Charles or Priest simply because he had the great fortune of playing with Mahomes.

You name 4 that are worthy and deserving. There are others that are also. The next 3 were very good but not HOF/ROF worthy. Just because they were good/the best on shitty teams doesn't earn them a place. Being on a great team doesn't earn you a place either. Pacheco is about a decade away from even being talked about, who knows how he turns out.

I’m saying your logic that players from teams that didn’t go far in the playoffs not being RoH-worthy is bunk.

.. But you think Jamaal Charles, our franchise’s all-time leading rusher, doesn’t deserve the RoH so this debate is probably not worth my time.

Those guys are locks. Spags should be a lock but I’m not sure he is. Still think it’s more likely than not he gets in.
