What in the hell happened to Frank White? I used to really like that guy when I was a kid.

It didn't pass because it was a terrible effort, it wasn't well put together, they double spoke repeatedly. The Chiefs looked like they didn't give a ****, The Royals looked like they were unprepared and they asked for money when people are broke.

All those things together sank it.
