Drink water and save the calories for solid food. If you want the, lion's mane, cordyceps, ginseng, theanine, or caffeine, just take the pill or powder for supplements.

Trying to replace energy drinks
Have been taking Lions Mane, Cordyceps and L Tyrosine in pill form. Seems to help but ain't nothing like Caffeine for me
