I am not a big bagel fan, especially for a Sammie. The bread is just too tough. It wants to squeeze out the contents with every bite.

I'm not a huge bagel fan either, for the same reason, but this one wasn't as hard/chewy as a typical bagel. I suspect it's an actual "bagel" in much the same way the hamburger was actual "steak."
