Then the cop starts beating on the glass again and tyreek rolls it down and asks him to stop. You’re saying police can trample over private property in the event of a simple traffic stop? You gonna bend over to a power hungry cop in a situation like that?
Beating the hell out of the car window? Being a bit overly dramatic aren’t we? Even Reek only referred to it as knocking.

And the idea that rolling up the window just because you’ve given the officer your ID is acceptable is asinine. The officer was trying to communicate with him, he kept asking about the lack of a seatbelt, which is well within his authority to do. Reek was ignoring the question and then rolls the window up on him while the officer is still trying to conduct his lawful business.

I’m not going to say I agreed with everything the officers did in that video, but Reek was clearly acting like an entitled bitch.

I'm sure Rosenhaus told him to roll up the window. Just comply with the officer, whether he's in the right or wrong, and move on with your life.

Apparently the cops didn't know who he was...how stupid are you?

Ok now this is one seriously ironic statement.

If this is the case it is stupidly conflicting. Rolling up your window while the officer is trying to talk to you about the stop is the exact opposite of complying.

It was dumb for sure but didn't justify the response. He probably thought the same thing BRC does and thought he could role up the window and call his agent.

I’m not excusing all actions taken by the officers. But neither am I going to allow their actions to just completely wipe out Reek’s behavior.

Holding our police officers to higher standards is perfectly fine, it is also perfectly fine to hold the average citizen to the same higher standards.

This! I actually don't think Tyreek was as defiant/combative as some are claiming. He handed over his info and basically asked for his ticket. At that point, the officer should stop asking questions that Tyreek is not required to answer.

However, Tyreek needs to realize his likely illegal tint makes him susceptible to this at any time. So when the cop pulls you over, you are already in the wrong, and when asked to roll down the window, simply do so. That is the part that escalated the situation which Tyreek is solely responsible for.

He rolled it back down and was in the process of complying and they dragged his ass out of the car anyway.

Rolling a super tinted window 2” is hardly complying.

And yet you continue to participate in this community of racists. Why is that? Are you a closet racist?

Dude, there is nothing to indicate race had anything to do with this. Sure, you can make assumptions. But you know what they say about that.

There is no evidence to support race had anything to do with the officers' actions. So, let's leave that out of the discussion for the time being.

Does anyone know how fast Tyreek was going? He looked like he was hauling ass by the amount of distance and the vehicles he passed in a very short time frame. I have heard rumors that it is believed Tyreek was going over 100mph in a 40mph zone. If true, **** Tyreek and the ball washers excusing his actions.

I don't think the force was excessive. It was enough to take control of an investigation, where the S1 was trying to dictate the scene without causing any injury. Rolling up his window while being tinted that dark is a matter of officer safety. Don't do that shit. Trying to talk to your agent on the phone is not a reasonable excuse to do that. I did think it was funny seeing Tyreek cry out for his agent repeatedly like an idiot. Then the media blitz they put on to get a narrative out in front of it is laughable now seeing the bodycam.

In case anyone forgot.

Must have left it on the operating table while getting that recent knee surgery. Which brings up some other questions.

It's interesting how he seems to act as if he needs to sit down like a grandma because of that surgery then proceeds to go out run routes, make cuts, jump around and runs as fast as he can.

I don't remember it ever being reported in the media that Tyreek had surgery. When was it? Should it have been reported to the league?
