Spags nuked that kid from the middle of the 2nd until the last drive. Kid had 1 good throw and it was a play that the Chiefs defense messed up giving him a free shot.

It was really just that one 3rd down on the final drive, IIRC, where they didn't pressure him so he could run backwards 20 yards.

Besides that, exactly... Nix spent the game taking what the defense gave him and really nothing more.

Pretty much. He’s gonna be in that Jared Goff/Brock Purdy realm if they get better weapons.

Decent QB that is relying on coaching scheme and weapons to get them far. But that won’t work as well in the AFC with the best QB’s all being over here compared to the NFC QB landscape.
