We've lost a handful of really nice players after their sophomore leap - we HAVE to keep Ant.

His development arc has been stellar. This is the kind of guy you can jump start a program rebuild around. He's not gonna take you to a Final 4 in all probability but he can be the anchor of a turnaround that might set you up for The Leap.
