There's like zero chance Goodell let's his recovery and suspension occur concurrently. That's just not the way it works.

Nope. I thought the same as you for the longest time but they’ll do it at the same time.

In 2023 Michael Woods for the Browns was suspended and served it during his rehab time for an ACL tear.

They did it at the same time bc it’s about not getting a paycheck during the suspension.
