Do you play Chris Jones, since at even 50% he’ll still command double teams and help the pass rush… as the Chiefs try to secure the #1 seed on Wednesday?

Is this comparable to playing Mahomes with the high ankle sprain?

You could always just hold him for obvious passing downs and see how it goes.

Easy to limit his snaps than Mahomes.

Agreed… as long as there is no added risk of aggravating the calf injury… the Chiefs should play him on passing downs.

The approach should be all in on Wednesday to secure the #1 seed.

i wouldn’t tbh especially w the steelers offense being mediocre at best. we should be able to contain them even without jones

I think is calf tear is more at risk to get worse or not heal and harder to tape/protect if you try and play on it.

The said they did an MRI on Jones and thought it was all good. Would that be the case if there was a tear? Is there something more minor that would explain what we've seen?

Calf injuries are extremely easy to aggravate/make worse.

I wouldn't be shocked to see him sit until the playoffs.

Under no circumstances do you use Jones in this game.
