If Buffalo is gone in the wild card round, it means the Ravens draw an easier divisional round game than Kansas City. The Chiefs would play the Bengals, while Baltimore would get an easier team. I want Baltimore & Buffalo playing each other in divisional round. This means KC ends up with an easier team in divisional round and the Bengals are gone.

The only concern for Chiefs should be protecting their players from injury. Hell, I would do kneel-down plays every snap in that game. Spags' defense should sit back and let Denver walk down the field. Avoid contact, avoid injuries (even for backups). Keep EVERYONE healthy, including backups.

Romo and Nantz were worried the Chiefs would take too much time off. They said Bills were in ideal position to rest next week and play week after week— apparently ignoring the fact that means the Bills HAVE TO WIN AN ADDITIONAL PLAYOFF GAME THE CHIEFS DON’T.

If the Bengals sneak in, there is a very real chance they will defeat Buffalo in the wild card round.

I'm more confident against Buffalo than Cincy, mainly because Andy & Mahomes seem to own McDermott's defense in these Playoff games. Lou Anarumo seems to give KC a hard time. Trey Hendrickson is probably a better pass rusher than anyone from Buffalo. This is the sequence I want to see:

1. Buffalo wins a 6 Overtime slugfest against Bengals
2. Buffalo & Baltimore have a 6 Overtime slugfest. Don't care who wins it.
3. Chiefs end up hosting a worn out Buffalo or Baltimore in AFC title game.

Josh Allen is better than Burrow and the Bills defense is much better than the Bengals defense. I want them out.
