If you are PUSHED back, you get forward progress. If you voluntarily pull it back, you don't.

But the bottom line is that I don't really give a ****. They had 3 and half minutes and 3 timeouts to put ANY points on the board and didn't.

The rest is just them jerking themselves off.

I mean, if we are talking specifically about the "controversial" 4th and 1, that happened like a minute into the 4th quarter. They had over 13 minutes.
