Went in for 2 yesterday…woke up and they repaired 5.

It’s been 24hrs….Im pretty impatient to pain. Antifreeze is not working?

Tips from the busted gut pros?

You should be good by day 3. I was bored out of my mind laying around for 2 days. So day three I went on a nice long walk, would recommend if you can tolerate the discomfort. Follow the doctor's orders on physical activity and everything should be just fine. I would recommend not squatting 405 for reps 11 days later, but I also don't try to fight everyone I meet.

At the time my 1RM squat was 650ish so 405 was very light.

Anyway this isn't unusual I've talked to lots of guys that were back to completely normal in 2 weeks.

Surgery was Friday. It is Sunday...doing a little better than yesterday. I did have my first couple of coughs this morning....unexpected out of nowhere. Each one felt like a shank to the gut.

I am hoping for some decent sleep tonight.

I need to poop.
