Yeah, question -

Why do we move Garcia to 2B and then put India at 3B? Isn't India a natural second baseman? Why does this happen?

And Massey has been less than stellar at the plate this year, so is his defense significantly better than India's, and that's why India has never played second with us?

This India experiment doesn't make sense to me. Reminds me of when Alex Gordon was a rookie, they put him at first base in his second or third game as a pro. I think sometimes managers and coaches get just a little too smart for their own good.*

The way I've heard it explained is that they're trying to keep India on the left side of the field (LF/3B) for a similar view of the plays. Not 100% sure, though.

Would it have something to do with Ragans or spray charts for the other team? Like some kind of advanced analytics thing or something? Just spitballing.
