According to TruMedia, the Eagles have run the play 122 times since 2022 followed by the Bills (74), Steelers (55), and Broncos (52). Philly was successful in picking up the first down or touchdown 105 times.

In 2024, the Bills led the league in conversion percentage:

Eagles tush push rate 28/34 82.3%

You can watch 26 non stop minutes of the tush push on the Eagles channel. Everything from the formation to execution is the same the majority of the time.

Buffalo doesn't murder their center and run dual push backs as their go to play. Allen often hesitates and goes left in an attempt to use the strength of their left guard. If you watch enough of them you start to notice the Chiefs DL can twist the Bills version into a stop because of the leftward leaning design, especially when Jones lines up on the line at an angle. If I remember right, Jones nearly got his head torn off trying this technique against the Eagles version in the Super Bowl. There's multiple videos describing how the Chiefs recognized the differences and are able to stop the Bills version much more easily in their latest matchup as compared to just getting steam rolled by the Eagle's straight up smash mouth version.

When the Eagles OL fires off heads down and Hurts runs right over the top of their center with a back on each cheek, it's basically unstoppable because there's zero lateral movement in the design.

They don't have a QB that can squat more than any other player in the NFL.
