Tokyo is much the same as you describe London except it is much cleaner than comparable US cities. The main difference is that you can't read the signs.

It's spelled Quevienne.

Have you ever been to Paris? The whole city is a work of art. They've also got the Musee d'Orsay, which may actually be more impressive than the Louvre, Notre Dame, and a whole bunch of other cool stuff that the Germans left behind.
