I teach my godson to defend himself. If he was 9 or 10 and he told me this happened I would think I would call the school and tell them to knock it off. If it kept happening I would talk to their parents. If I was actually really scared for his health I would pull him and enroll him in another school. Under no circumstances would I want them charged with a felony for drawing a freakin picture, that's ridiculous.

I know there's no convincing you big_daddy. I agree with you that he should be taught to defend himself, but I hope he's never in this situation. A simple phone call might be too late and a lot of people would live with a lot of second guessing.
