Personally, I think they're full of hooey, esp. since their body mass index is WAY off. Looks like that damn Army weight scale that thought everyone 5'10" should weigh around 160 lbs.

Isn’t that a fact!!!!
I’m 6’and 1/2 an inch and weigh abut 215 or so. (plus or minus 3lbs)
Yeah I have a “little “paunch but I’m I gonna have to start including “the Chiefs violated the salary cap during their super bowel win” in my sig??????
I honestly don’t consider myself OBESE as their index says,.
I have wicked shoulder mussels, and upper body definition as I’m a plasterer but my abb’s are not “defined”
And I guarantee I CAN GO HEAD TO HEAD WITH ANY ONW ONE WHO’S NOT A PRO BODY BUILLDER
As to who has better one’s.
I spend 9 hours in plaster stilts 5 and sometimes 6 days a week (if I can give my men Sat ff, I’ll work) days a week and talk to me)
