I was wrong about Shanahan...

I know this may not be a very popular topic but I have to give a shout out to Mike Shanahan and John Elway for their support for DT to get into the HOF.
I have a new found respect and a little love for both of those guys for what they did for DT and for the Chiefs. I think it speaks alot about the character of people they are for going the extra mile to try to get DT inducted into the HOF. Even though DT didn't make it there effort shouldn't be ignored or forgotten.
Flame away.

VARSITY
It's kind of like that WWI story about the British and German soldiers singing Silent Night across the trenches. It's nice, but it's also kind of creepy.

I gotta say, DT not making it was as sad as Meck or Rulon Jones getting stiffed again for Denver... DT was easily a first vote inductee... Pretty sad really that the hack writers didnt elect the dude in.

Well, blame Gretz. He presented D.T.'s case. I think he was over confident, thinking the voters would buy into the propoganda that comes out of Chiefs.com.... like he thinks we buy into it.

Come to think of it, is that the reason we don't have a winner, coz they think they have us fooled and it doesn't matter??????
