Denver has had great success at two positions over the years ... RB and LB. They've also been equally riddled with injuries at those positions.
I have no issues with this signing. Everything I've read pointed to using a mix of 4-3 / 3-4 next season. Also, they want to be more versatile with their players... moving them from one position or another, depending on the situation. Who knows how all of this will play out... I just know it's never a bad thing to have a guy with Gold's talent on your defense.
