I've been asked that before. I just see no point in trying to sugarcoat it, or make it seem not-so-bad. I would never say that about someone else though. Say they are fat, that is. That is when I would say full-figured, or plus size.

It's been my experience that a lot of women think they are fat, when in actuality they aren't?

I've also observed a lot of fat women that either don't know are fat, or simply don't care, so they wear revealing clothing (tent?) thinking they are sexy.

luv posted her pic on here once before. She's a *slightly* larger girl but not the kind that would make you say, "Oh my God! If you told her to haul ass, she'd have to make 2 trips!" Reading her posts, etc., I think it's safe to say that she'll find herself a good man if she makes the effort to do so.

Well.... have you tried the South Beach Diet? It works really well and is healthy for you unlike a lot of other diets. Not saying you need to diet.... but since you think youre fat. I lost 8 pounds in the first week I started. It comes off quick.

Those diets are good for losing a little weight here an there. I need to lose about 50-60. I have been watching what I eat and walking a little more (though not enough). It not that I'm not trying. I do care about how I look.
