You must get off the drugs. Most jobs no days require a drug test.....
The A+ cert will get you started in a decent paying area of IT, though the bottom of the IT heirarchy rung. at 23 its a start. If you like computer work, you can move up and the jobs are always around. Go live with your Grandparents and get your life turned around. Get out of Oxford and the bad elements that your hanging out with doing drugs. Don't come to KC with jobs skills and something on a resume. Or it's low end work. Good luck
