Keeper league advice

I'm in this keeper league, and I think I can keep more than 3. So I am going to keep for sure:
P. Manning (IND)
L. Johnson (KC) duh
C. Williams (TB)

Should I give up draft picks to keep anyone else. My options are:
Larry Fitzgerald, Andre Johnson, TJ Houshmanzada, Todd Heap, Denver D, Drunkenkowski (k), Steve McNair, Dante Culpepper, DeShawn Foster, Julius Jones, Marion Barber and a couple other no name WR's that I won't keep anyway.

Personally I am leaning towards keeping Fitzgerald and giving my #1 pick up. I'll be picking 7th or 8th out of 12, so I figure he'd be one of the best available anyway. I don't see anyone dropping a decent RB in this thing. I could keep Foster as well, but he always gets hurt, and I don't need QB help but could have some great trade bait with Pep.

Thanks. It's my first keeper league so I'm not so much used to how this works.

Yeah I'd keep Fitzgerald. If it's a keeper league and you can keep 3, all your good players will be gone come draft time. So I'd definitely give up a #1 for LF.

If you can keep two and skip two rounds of the draft I'd consider keeping Julius Jones too. Given the number of players each team can protect, there aren't going to be many starting RB's from teams that should be good available. But I agree that I'd keep Fitzgerald first if you can only (or only want to) trade one draft pick for an additional keeper.

How many teams in the league?
