I mean, it just didn't make sense to me at the time. I think VY will be very good, but Leinart made more sense.

Absoluteluy, I have not, and won't say now, that he isn't doing a good job for a rookie on Monday Night, not at all. I think Leinart is very talented and will probably be a fine QB for sure - I just hate the slobbering.

I think my issue with this crew is that they just talk about the same stuff EVERY SINGLE GAME. They slobber over whoever the up-and-coming quarterback is, focus on whatever sob story player there is, and that's about it. They hardly ever actually analyze the play on the field at any level deeper than "The Bears are down now. That's a surprise."

Madden was actually pretty good at that.
