Kudos to eBay....
I woke up this morning to a bunch of emails saying I posted a Dell item for sale on eBay. Someone hijacked my account and used it to sell their *****ing wares. One by one, the emails lit up my Inbox and then eBay immediately emailed me to say they stopped the SOB and immediately refunded my account for all of the transactions before I even had a chance to contact them myself. Just want to say, nice job eBay staffers.  |

I had someone break into my account once. Although eBay didn't actually stop it before I found out, they were very helpful in getting things back in order. Their online chat reps are probably the best I've spoken to.
