"many will say to me".....so who was Lord?

Matthew 8:1-3

1When he came down from the mountainside, large crowds followed him. 2A man with leprosy[a] came and knelt before him and said, "Lord, if you are willing, you can make me clean."

3Jesus reached out his hand and touched the man. "I am willing," he said. "Be clean!" Immediately he was cured of his leprosy

Who was he calling Lord?

Matthew 8:8
8The centurion replied, "Lord, I do not deserve to have you come under my roof. But just say the word, and my servant will be healed

Who was he calling Lord?

Mark 8:38
38If anyone is ashamed of me and my words in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of Man will be ashamed of him when he comes in his Father's glory with the holy angels."

It is always the right time and place to speak of the Lord.

Mark 9:42
42"And if anyone causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to be thrown into the sea with a large millstone tied around his neck

Be careful not to teach your children its ok to choose the sins of the world over holiness. Christians shouldnt defend anti-Christian posts over someone declaring his Lordship.

It is our faith that saves us.

We must be Born Again. And we must believe in Jesus.

John 5:21-27
21For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, even so the Son gives life to whom he is pleased to give it. 22Moreover, the Father judges no one, but has entrusted all judgment to the Son, 23that all may honor the Son just as they honor the Father. He who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father, who sent him.

Thats probably enough for now.

Jesus owns words from the Bible. And all versions of the Bible are consistant in character.

Christians believe that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. He is Lord and He is the way to Salvation.

To what was stated earlier in this thread, of course I am ramping it up. To me, the idea of the Bible and Jesus Christ being put out there to be discussed as much as possible can only be a positive.
When you wipe away all the ignorant and childish backlash it gets, the fact is the subject stays out there, and a few people get a chance to decipher through all the lies and ugliness, and maybe think about it the whole question.

Or read the scripture.

The wisecracks, the name calling, all that will disappear. Jesus will remain.

The cynics will continue to try and discredit.
The Bible survives.

Truth wins. Jesus Christ wins. He defeated the grave, and His Word cuts through the mocking of sniping dogs.

Jesus is the way , the truth and the life . To be saved you have to repent of yours sins , accept Jesus as your saviour , believing that he is the Son of God and that he died on the cross for your sins , was buried and resurrected on the third day . He shed his blood for us. He took our place and this is how God prepared a way for us to spend eternal life in Heaven with him. Because Adam sinned we were doomed to Hell but God provided a way of Salvation through his Son's death , burial and resurrection . His shed blood covered our sins.

This is not my thinking or anyone elses this is what the Bible says . If you do not believe this then please read the Bible for yourself , don't listen to what anyone else says but God. I pray that anyone reading this that is not saved will please read God's word for yourself .

You can start with John 3:16 . Romans 3:23 , Romans 6:23 Romans 5:8 , Romans 10: 9-11

I think the best meal I have had in my life was the shore lunch when I went to Canada fishing. Nothing like fresh walleye out of an ice cold, crystal clear lake.
