Looking at that list, there are a couple of guys that might help some teams, but will likely overprice themselves.

I'm hoping we don't go after any high priced FA, and just focus on building a team through the draft that can contend when we get a real coach.

This year, nobody will get signed right away... The agents think that the larger than usual increase in salary cap will get their players exponentially larger salaries. The teams think that the increase in salary cap will finally net them an extra great player or two and some breathing space. Teams anticipated this awhile ago, and made sure that no big names were free agents this year. Big names have too much leverage on the open market and set a standard that makes people over pay for smaller names as well. Small names can't just wait till camp and expect to get whatever they want like Ty Law did.
