Were they about to be suspended for four games? Would they be suspended for a year with one more mistake? Are they complete idiots who don't understand if you make a mistake, it's ok to learn from it and not repeat that mistake again? There is absolutely no doubt in my mind Jared will get another DUI and be out for a year. He's one of those people who just does his own thing and doesn't consider the repercussions. Those kinds of people may be great guys to hang out with but they aren't people to be giving millions of dollars to.
