going with the young and inexperinced (at pro level) plays well for Herm.
He can force the guy to do his will and then throw him under the bus when it goes sour. Cam Cameron is the pick (if available). Hoever, this would expose Herm greatly since Cameron has already established himself as a good OC. This puts the boo on Herm and he doesn't want that.
