So true, He would rather run this franchise so far into the ground it will take years to recover, rather than just admit, he doesnt have a freaking clue on the NFL or College Level.

Matthew J. Darnell, of Yahoo! Sports, reports the state of West Virginia has honored New England Patriots WR Randy Moss by creating a commemorative Randy Moss envelope. The state of West Virginia has also bestowed this honor on Mary Lou Retton and Jerry West in the past.
