The following trades have effected the draft order:

Corey Williams to Cleveland for a R2 pick.

Shaun Rogers to Cleveland for a R3 pick.

Kris Jenkins to the Jets for a R3 pick.

Marcus Stroud to the Bills for a R3 pick.

Redskins to Broncos. The Washington Redskins traded their fourth-round selection in 2008, and their third-round selection in 2007 (used to select Ryan Harris) to the Denver Broncos as part of a three-team trade in which Washington received T.J. Duckett and Atlanta received Ashley Lelie. (This was the result of a formula which could have had Denver and Washington swapping 2007 first-round selections.)

Saints to Jets. The Saints traded their fourth-round selection in 2008 to the Jets, for Jonathan Vilma.

Jets to Panthers. The New York Jets traded their third-round and fifth-round selections to the Carolina Panthers in a deal that sent Kris Jenkins to New York.

Dolphins to Chiefs. Miami (conditionally) traded its fifth-round selection in 2008 to the Kansas City Chiefs in exchange for Trent Green. The selection would have become a fourth-round selection if Green had met certain performance criteria.

Bears to Bills. Chicago (conditionally) traded their fifth-round selection in 2008 to Buffalo in exchange for Darwin Walker. The round of the selection may change, depending on Walker's playing time.

Panthers to Bears. The Carolina Panthers traded their fifth-round selection in 2008 to Chicago in exchange for Chris Harris.

Raiders to Broncos. Oakland (conditionally) traded their fifth-round selection in 2008 to Denver in exchange for Gerard Warren.

Bills to Jaguars The Buffalo Bills traded a 3rd and 5th round selection to the Jacksonville Jaguars in return for DT Marcus Stroud.

Seahawks to Browns. The Seattle Seahawks traded their sixth-round selection in 2008 to Cleveland in exchange for Charlie Frye.[24]

Packers to Giants. The Green Bay Packers traded their sixth-round selection in 2008 to the New York Giants in exchange for running back Ryan Grant.

Broncos to Rams. Denver traded their sixth-round selection in 2008 to the St. Louis Rams for defensive tackle Jimmy Kennedy.[26] The trade occurred after the Broncos had tried to trade the same pick to Miami for defensive tackle Dan Wilkinson; that trade was voided.

Browns to Eagles. Cleveland traded their sixth-round selection in 2008 to Philadelphia for center Hank Fraley. The trade was conditional on games started by Fraley, and could have fallen to a seventh-round pick, but Fraley started all 16 games.

Cowboys/Dolphins swap. The teams swapped their sixth-round selections in a trade involving Jason Ferguson.

Jaguars to Vikings. Jacksonville traded their sixth-round selection for Troy Williamson.

Texans to Broncos. Houston traded their sixth-round pick for Chris Myers.

Steelers to Falcons. The Pittsburgh Steelers traded their seventh-round selection in 2008 to Atlanta for kick/punt returner Allen Rossum.

Seahawks to Eagles. Seattle traded their seventh-round selection in 2008 to Philadelphia for fullback Josh Parry.

Eagles to Bills. Philadelphia traded their seventh-round selection in 2008, and defensive tackle Darwin Walker, to Buffalo for linebacker Takeo Spikes and quarterback Kelly Holcomb.

Rams to Vikings. St. Louis traded their seventh-round selection in 2008 to Minnesota for offensive tackle Adam Goldberg.

Giants to Chiefs. The New York Giants traded their seventh-round selection in 2008 to Kansas City for kicker Lawrence Tynes.

Vikings to Jets. Minnesota traded their seventh-round pick in 2008 to the Jets in exchange for Brooks Bollinger.

2. OLB Erin Henderson
3. SS Tyrell Johnson
4. WR Harry Douglas

Honestly, Derrick Ward's out. Free agency has bid him adeiu -- leaving the Giants with Brandon Jacobs and Reuben Droughns at running back, and I believe they could take this opportunity to snatch up Justin Forsett, a RB on the polar opposite side of the scale from Brandon Jacobs. I don't like Droughns anyway.

Depth at G is also a must. Depending on how much they like Gibson, they may just want to opt for Wallace and try him out at other places along the line.

My pick for the Jints would be Forsett.

I was thinking about depth at G as well. Perhaps Thomas the G from UConn would be a fit. The info I have says Ward resigned with the G-Men and along with Ahmad Bradshaw to compliment Jacobs and Droughns at RB, I think they may look elsewhere with this pick.

Yeah I'd think the last thing the G-Men need is a RB. I'd go with depth at guard for this pick.

If the Jints are going to go G, they'd rather have a big-bodied mauler in Mike Gibson (6'4", 310 lbs, 5.25 40) for their Brandon Jacobs smashmouth run game than the more ZBS-friendly Donald Thomas (6'4", 290 lbs, 4.95 40).

If you look along all the people they have on their roster at guard, every single one of them are big-bodied maulers.

I can take any picks that you guys don't have people for in Round 6 or 7. I'm on all the time and the Jags and Pack don't have picks in the 6th round.

The Cowboys select Tom Zbikowski, Safety, Notre Dame

Zbikowski is the pick here for the Cowboys for two reasons:

One, they seriously lack depth at the position. TZ is a guy who will excel in run support, and likely be average in coverage,

Two, it is the belief of the organization that this kid will be a STAR on special teams. He's the type of hard nosed guy with the attitude to last 10 years in the league on ST alone. Any production they get out of him at the safety position is gravy, IMO.

Also, I was kinda thinking Zbikowski. Partly because I don't know anything about any of the guards left, but mostly because he's great value here. He would bring needed depth and more importantly competition at S, plus the special teams.

Free agency has bid him adeiu -- leaving the Giants with Brandon Jacobs and Reuben Droughns at running back, and I believe they could take this opportunity to snatch up Justin Forsett, a RB on the polar opposite side of the scale from Brandon Jacobs. I don't like Droughns anyway. Depth at G is also a must. Depending on how much they like Gibson, they may just want to opt for Wallace and try him out at other places along the line. My pick for the Jints would be Forsett.

If you look along all the people they have on their roster at guard, every single one of them are big-bodied maulers.

Partly because I don't know anything about any of the guards left, but mostly because he's great value here. He would bring needed depth and more importantly competition at S, plus the special teams.
