As I reviewed the original post again, one Justice made note of the constitution having no need to enforce state law. So, what would keep Federal Agents from enlisting the services of local law enforcement to do what they could not do i.e. search a subjects car?

I look forward to learning what you find out. I did have some law classes in college, but I am pretty stupid, so I was just throwing things out there. I do think, however, that this decision would have judges leaning towards making evidence seized in this manner admissable, and would not be so concerned with being overturned on appeal.
