Carry three tight ends - Gonzalez, Cottam, Merritt. However, if Cottam can develop his blocking skills, he kills all need of a third, blocking TE.

I thought about that as well, but Michael Allan is only really comparable to Cottam and they aren't going to take Allan over the third rounder IMO.

Merritt could be VERY valuable in Gailey's offense, as has been noted here.

I think Allan is the odd man out right now.
