The "D" How Will Our Front Four Line Up?

We have Boone, Hali and McBride(Turk) listed as DEs and then we have Dorsey, Ewards and Tyler(Tank) listed as DTs. That's the way I read it off the roster anyways. I thought I read where Edwards was gonna play LDE but I could be mistaken and it might have been Boone who played alright in the middle last year. So how are they gonna line up?

Edwards Turk backs up DE
Boone Tank will rotate in the middle
Dorsey
Hali

Who's our other DE? Although I thought Allen was good against the run I see this front four as being better end to end against the run with the big question being Hali rushing the passer from the RDE position. If Dorsey is all he's supposed to be I think Hali will have double digit sacks.

Dang, we're going to miss our drunken fool.

I can't wait to see how Dorsey performs, though. I hope you guys are right about him.

I'm kinda liking this idea of Boone at DE, IIRC he's the fastest of all our D linemen, including Jared when he was here.

Have him shed some pounds & he could possibly a great run stopping & solid pass rushing DE.

I also would like to see Turk McBride start at DE.

I am of the opinion that Tamba Hali will be every bit as dominate rushing the passer as Allen was on the right side. He now has the QB's blind side, and won't have to deal with a TE. He will also benefit from not having to play the run as much on that side as he did on the left side of the D Line.

I too think I remember reading that Boone would be at 'DE' this year. The article, cannot remember the title or who wrote it, said the Chief's were planning to start three 'DT's' and then Tamba...With that much beef up front, I think Tamba will do well in his new position...
