I dont even know about that. Pitching ability and hitting ability is pretty limitless, but there is a finite cap on how much you get from good defense. If Pena played absolutely perfectly God-like flawless defense where every single play he made the absolute correct decision that his body is humanly capable of making, I dont even know if the positives of that would outweigh his offense compared to a MLB average fielding and hitting shortstop.
