The fact that someone ordered mac and ****ing cheese at an "upscale" restaurant is reeruned. Who says "Hey honey let's go to Chez Le Sua Fuqtard's on the Lake tonight. They have this mac and cheese that is TOO DIE FOR!!!!!!1!!!!" Those commercials are horrible.

It's by no means an upscale restaurant, but the Tin Can Tavern around the corner has Mac'n'Cheese that everyone I've ever seen discuss it, their eyes swell with that vacant, longing, [Homer]'Mmmm. . . Mac and Cheeeeese'[/Homer] look.
From scratch, four kinds of cheese, half and half, cornflakes and brown sugar in the topping, and just a hint of tobasco.
