I am not saying otherwise. The blackout rule still applies for Topeka and Manhattan though. Topeka is OUT and Manhattan only gets it if they get Salina TV. As I have already said.

That blackout rules are idiotic they way they are spelled out. It should ONLY have an effect on the KC stations and the KC stations only. The fact that any resident withing that 75 mile broadcasting/overlap distance with Sunday Ticket or not are screwed is a horrible thing to do to fans.

The fact that Sunday Ticket is still affected local is dumbassery at its finest as well considering you are PAYING for direct access to ALL games.

There's a way to avoid that...all someone would need to do is set up the account with a billing address outside of the primary markets.
