The KU Fan Guide bans obscene language on all signs and banners.

"Signs, banners and flags that con-
tain obscene language or speech are pro-
hibited. Such signs may be removed
and/or the possessors of such signs may
be removed from the competition site.
Kansas Athletics has the right to remove
any banner at any time for any reason.
Kansas Athletics expects and encourages
spectators who bring signs that promote
good sportsmanship and respect the
rights and dignity of others."

Call me what you will, but that statement, combined with the terms "Family Zone" ought to create an expectation of a family, i.e. Rated "G" or "PG" environment.

If you were sitting with your grandparents, would you say it?
