Your run D, if it's anything like previous years (haven't seen too much this year), would keep it close. But I think Bryant would be the X factor if you focused defensive efforts on the run

By the way, a quick explanation of the "Stanley Nickels" handle (casino cash to those who caught it beforehand):

Dwight: Don’t you want to earn Shrute bucks?
Stanley: No. In fact, I’ll give you a billion Stanley nickels if you never talk to me again.
Dwight: What’s the ratio of Stanley nickels to Schrute bucks?
Stanley: Same as the ratio of unicorns to leprechauns.

They better come out and make plays in the 2nd half...

We've really looked crappy that 1st half, esp Saunders dropping that possible TD

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

It would be a close game, probably.

I just took exception to the comment about KU being destroyed by them (though I understand why it was made). When KU is firing on all cylinders, they are still a pretty good team.

Well, this is disconcerting news. How are we defining nOObs (sp?), Rausch? Depending upon how liberal you might be in your definition (not an Obama slam, by the way), I might be in danger.

Touche. The post-count argument. I clearly have no idea how to post on message boards, and bring nothing to this discussion. Forgive me; being so new, I didn't know I was out of bounds.

You're right. Mangino, for all the teasing he takes, and all the ribs he eats (see what I did there?) is a very quality coach.
