I doubt you'd be singing his praises like this had we drafted him - knowing you, you'd probably be making excuses for him.

It's not just their staff, are they doing a nice job, yea they are. But at the same time alot of this has to do with how he was prepared and how much he is a student of the game.

The guy hasn't been sacked once on a blitz and generally doesn't look like he's confused, that is as much him as coaching. I also think he was greatly helped by playing on a college team where he was surrounded by crap, Roddy White probably gets more separation than he saw his college WR's get.
