I am sorry man, but hating on a young QB that was never intended to start and who pitches an all-pro game in his second try...? Come on now, that took some moxy and the kid has it. Go hate Herm and Carl all you want but this kid could turn out to be a winner. It would be interesting to see what he could do if he had a solid line to help him.

Bzzzzzt. I never talked up Pollard. Maybe I mentioned he made a play or two, that's it.

Try again.

You have to admit, Tyler Thigpen is something that NOBODY predicted. Could he be a devine gift to the Chiefs, and their fans? Doubtful, but it's at the very least exciting to think about. I'm already craving next weeks game in a way that haven't in quite a while, and I actually think we can win. Haven't felt that way in a while, and I want us to win too. We're not getting Stafford, so let's win. Bolts, Donks, Faid.....goin down.

Hey, even if he's a solid backup, that's something to be happy about. I like the fact he acts like he has a little fire in his belly.

If we keep this style of offense , I'm perfecly fine with keeping Thigpen as our starter,
then we don't need to go hog wild in the draft with QB's and can utilize those picks
on the defense (again).

How can you say Thigpen is shit? That is ridiculous. He was shit against Atlanta...that's easy. He was downright awful.

And then it clicked.

He decided to stop worrying about what critics thought about him and just said **** it and just played the game...the same game he's probably played all his life...and look what has happened.

Dude took ONE sack today against the Bucs...he made SEVERAL great passes...he made several wise decisions to throw the ball away and he has a nice ability to tuck the ball and run...

Yes, his accuracy is sketchy at times and as a 2nd year, 7th round pick, his decision making is a little dicey as well...

But how can you say a guy with a plus arm and plus mobility is total shit? That's ridiculous.

Gruden said it best...confidence goes a long way for a player...a few more of these games and Thiggy might turn out to be the next Romo. Thigpen and Romo are quite similar if you ask me...both have quick releases, both have good mobility, and they both have plus arms.

Why can't Thigpen turn out? You tell me. Romo had 3 or 4 seasons to learn...Thigpen had 1...he's learning on the fly and doing a DAMN good job.
You're ridiculous.

Thiggy has been robbed two weeks in a row of a win ... You couldn't ask anymore out of a QB than he has played .. I think if Flowers had been in the game and Brackenpuke had been on the bench we would have won that game anyway .. Thats two weeks in a row Brackenpuke has got beat in the enzone ...
