What would be wrong with that?

LOLZ.
This oughta make tiny happy. I'm gonna go rent Call of Duty:WAW for my PS3. I've already played a bit of it, and I know I'm not going to buy it, and I'm curious to try another shooter out on the PS3. Probably just the MP. I could just go get it for the 360, but I'm gonna *gasp* actually game on my blu-ray player. One thing the PS3 will never, ever have on the 360 is the controllers. The 360 controllers are so much fucking better it's not even funny, but I'm gonna try this shooter out with the little half button/trigger deal. Wish me luck. |

Thats the only thing that would get me to buy a 360 is to play some of their exclusives. I wouldn't sign up for XBOX Gold or whatever its called cause I already have PSN for free. If PSN starts charging then I may buy a 360. |

I had no interest in getting WAW... I've got COD4 and it is the better game, IMO. I did just pickup Far Cry 2 from gamestop for $39 and I'm loving it. Like a Mercs game in first person with incredible graphics.

I play COD4 online a bit on my 360, and if I had any real interest in buying WAW, it would be on the 360, but I've already played it a bit and although it was alright, I know I won't buy it. So I'll go spend $7 and rent it for a week, and get some use outta my PS3. Well besides watching TDK. WAW just seemed like a COD4 clone with older guns...and I'm pretty partial to my red dot sights. Oh well, I'm gonna give it a go. |

Don't they make aftermarket controllers for PS3 that are shaped like 360 controllers?

Yeah, I was the same when I played Gears. I kept throwing grenades when I thought I was gonna shoot.
Kinda like switching games with different control configurations. When it's second nature, it's hard to switch. But if you stick with it, it gets normal after an hour or so. I mean, if you're not drunk or anything. |

I actually found a mod if you want to waste a 360 controller though. Basically you put the guts of the ps3 into the shell of the 360 but there is some soldering involved.

The soldering is where you move the LS from the secondary to primary position. That is the touchy part of the mod too.
